Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the and2ble platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the and2ble platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these terms.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. and2ble will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
- Accounts may not be transferred, shared, or sold to another party.
- Passwords should be changed regularly to keep your account secure.
- And2ble is not responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain their account security.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the and2ble platform solely for lawful purposes and not for any activity that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful to other users or the platform. Any attempt to exploit system bugs, manipulate game outcomes, or use automated software to place bets is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
Users are prohibited from:
- Using false information or another person's identity during registration or transactions.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including misuse of promotions or bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Sharing your account or allowing another party to use it to place bets.
- Disrupting the platform's technical operations or attempting to access restricted areas without authorisation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
And2ble reserves the right to take action — including suspending or closing accounts — against users who violate any of the above rules, with no obligation to refund any account balance associated with the violation.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the and2ble platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via available local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. and2ble does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, some third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to set limits and may vary depending on the payment method chosen. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 business hours of a confirmed request, subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements being met.
And2ble reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for review if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms. In such cases, users may be required to submit identity verification documents before the withdrawal is approved. All bonuses credited to an account are subject to the wagering (rollover) requirements stated at the time the promotion was accepted.

In cases where an account is closed due to a user violation, any balance associated with the problematic activity may not be refunded. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the and2ble platform shall first be resolved through negotiation within 30 days before being referred to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism.
